How? It's too risky to approach women during school. After school, it's almost impossible to meet young women, never mind pleasant or attractive ones. What more, unless you run into an 18 year old by pure luck, that woman has probably already had a bunch of boyfriends, done drugs, etc. There's nothing you can do to get her interest. At best, she'll have messed her life up so badly that she uses you for stability.

And as a guy? You have no experience whatsoever. The skills gap between you and the average girl is like a 13 year old trying to date a 23 year old.
