I got a degree in TV/Film/Media during COVID and couldn't find a job. Thought maybe I picked a shitty major. My sister said she was getting a bunch of job offers after graduating in CS in ~2015, so I just finished a second bachelor's in that last month. Got into a top 10% uni and got a 3.8. I've gotten 1 face-to-face interview after maybe 200 applications and didn't get the job. All my peers are in the same boat. Mind you, new tools like Github Copilot apparently make coders 55% quicker, so we're way more productive.
