I remember I was linked to a dossier stating the the CIA were on 4chan and other message boards injecting the idea that enjoying anime makes you effeminate and turns you into a tranny to make misfit anons, who are basically all of us into people that can't enjoy yet another hobby and interest by adding a stigma to it.
Does anyone know about this or have the relevant documents and links?
