I went into energy trading, even though I have a background in medical informatics. I design the software and align it with our business processes. I graduated software engineering around 5 years ago. I worked in the startup scene and was able to start a fairly successful enterprise with some people I knew and walked away from it with my equity after the Series A fundraiser. Those arms are pretty reliable from what their use in industry suggests. The problem for most places is that this sort of thing is a huge capex input and they only have one or two bathrooms. A human or forcing employees to do it is just cheaper than a 70k robot that only does one thing. Until these things are 10k a pop and half the size plus have a large dealer network for repairs its not going to be a thing.
