>>510788002The world seems to slow down.
The sounds and shouts of battle get dulled out and your ears start ringing.
Then you hear it, carried by the wind.
Is this...no it can't...is it really music?
Stange notes seem to originate from the approaching foe.
They are playing music!
Is this to evoke their spells.
A young warrior grabs you from behind and slaps you out of your daze.
His face is stern and he shouts at you to order the men to retreat into the forest, gather your strength and try to come back to ambush these "British".
You give the command and as you turn and run towards the treeline, single warriors going down in amazing displays of gore seemingly at random.
Just as you reach the edge of the trees a strange horn sounds to your right.
As you turn you hear your comrades yelling out in pain and fear and there you see them approaching.
Giants, half-Human on four legs- no!
These demons seem to be riding aloft emancipated Bison!
They come at you at blinding speed, some of your comrades get trampled by the beasts some are hacked apart by the strange elongatet axes that these British riders are wielding
It is hopeless, lost.
You failed and all that is left to do is to submit to these strange creatures and hope for their mercy, you have to do it, for your family, your tribe.
You.order everyone to throw down their weapons.
Amazingly, the British seem to understand the gesture, they seized their slaughter and issue you on your knees.
Now you get your first good look at these monsters.
But-how? They are...human undoubtedly, with skin pale as bone and curled light hair.
They speak in a foreign tongue that sounds aggressive and commanding.
Now you realize, that you have been struck in the head, as you feel a big gash in your scalp and lots of blood.
Your eyes close, exhausted you crash to the ground, wondering, fearing what may happen next on this most unusual day
