Magnetic Resonance Image killed a man

They wanted to examine his head so they didnt feel it necessary to remove his shirt. Since the imagining was for head region only.
What the nurse didnt realize was that the man had his crucifix necklace on. The man didnt realize he should probably ask from the nurse "is it safe to wear this symbol of Christ" while inside the machine.
What happened was like from the movie Final Destination.
When the magnetic field started rotating ot took a hold of the necklace and started strangling the man.
He didnt die immediately though but 24 hours later.
Police is investigating this because the whole thing is a bit suspicious.
