Alberta separating from Canada would the most based fucking thing to happen in the Western world since the 3rd Reich.
>Canada seethes eternally
>USA begs Albertakun to join them
>Alberta declines but sets up a large weapons purchase with Ameribros
>Alberta remains sovereign and separate and becomes the Switzerland/Saudi Arabia of North America

a free Alberta would mog the rest of NA

lol no not really. Alberta can more than support itself. Deals can be worked out for tidewater access easily. Our pockets are very deep.

You are making the assumption that you'll be able to negotiate with anyone in good faith. The reality of the situation will be that what remains of Canada will be actively trying to destroy an independent Alberta. You will never get a deal for access to the ocean, they will deny you access to all Canadian airspace, whatever currency you mint for yourself will not be accepted anywhere in Canada.

The only good deal with the US you are going to get is annexation, anything else and you are just going to get fucked over on trade because the US is your only viable trading partner so you'll be lowballed even worse than you currently are. Thanks to no more equalization nonsense you'll probably still be better off than before, but its a fraction of the wealth Alberta would see as a territory or State.

100B a year just for tidewater and airspace access is a damn good deal plus the US would get an absolutely smokin discount on oil.

yep and we'd be buying all of our military equipment off the US. Our military would be small but ready to mobilize at the drop of a hat and its tech and training would be bleeding edge. If our niggas need blackup we would be able to mobilize within a few hours, if not minutes.

Albertan independence is an op to divert radical energy away from nationalist regime change. There's a reason Zioshills like Jordan Peterson support it. It's a shame because I do agree with a fair amount of Alberta's politics.

Never forget that Global Warming and Decarbonization originates from American intelligentsia. There would be zero reasons to not have domestic pipelines with coastal refineries and export (except for potential spills) but for the Net Zero lobby which is conveniently effete in Washington.

You retards are falling for the most blatant divide and conquer operation of the 21st Century. We were warned the Americans would come for us over fresh water in the 2030s decades ago. You didn't listen.

Nope. The Alberta conservatives have already made it clear that the purpose of separation would be to double immigration and “remove the restrictions from Ottawa” which means INFINITY REPLACEMENTS.

Don’t be fooled.

We will never organically separate, far too many liberals and other braindead shitskins have moved here recently and millions more will come. We do however have enough support to make the results seem legitimate *enough*.

The CIA is likely already involved and will be running the entire thing, rigging it in "our" favor. The concessions being made are more than likely the 51st, or a deeply intertwined relationship with the US as a pseudo-independent nation. This is the CIA's bread and butter, they've facilitated many operations like these.

Canadian infrastructure is not the same as American. Trans canada highway, and trans canada railways all run right through Alberta. We can effectively cut off Canada entirely from BC and the Pacific Ocean in an instant. Alberta’s economy is Canadas economy. The federal government uses y mines energy resource in the ground to leverage world bank loans. The other resource canada has the world can get elsewhere, cheaper. Alberta is the highest performing GDP province. Our equalization payment to Ottawa, and our tax dollars produced is what keeps Quebec, and the entire Maritime provinces schools and healthcare funded.
Alberta started transitioning our police force away from RCMP at a municipal level, read about GP for example. Kicked out RCMP for township approach as a case study. $8m saving overnight for the local taxpayers. Look up energy infrastructure, and look at a map.
6) Alberta holds half of the Rocky Mountains in Canada, and has developed tourist destinations. Average mean income = 70k look at the other provinces. 30% growth overnight when the fed hand gets cut off. The APP has enough signatures to submit a constitutional challenge, but are holding off until they have extra votes to cream the fraud and corruption that will happen. Alberta is the largest contributor to Canadian pension, and it would collapse. Nobody middle class would be able to retire in Canada.
Alberta is well on the way to becoming its own nation in sentiment, and in reality FYI

An extension of montana essentially. We will however adopt a similar sentiment to the US with their independence day, ours marking the defeat of Canada, which may actually be a thing that happens in reality depending on what they have planned. Freedom will be the entire ethos for an otherwise run of the mill Midwestern nothing state.
