I'd allow limited numbers of highly educated and skilled East Asian and non-Muslim Arab and Central Asian workers (academics, scientists, etc.) and their immediate families to immigrate if doing so would contribute to national development. Iranian peoples (Persians, Tajiks, etc.) would be allowed to immigrate in unlimited numbers so long as they are not Muslim. Tourists from anywhere but the Indian subcontinent could visit.

I've always dreamt of moving to the US and eventually becoming american (I'm white). H1B has always been my potential way in (electrical engineer), but now it just seems impossible. In the past it seemed like it was just a matter of finding an employer to hire me, which would be easy, but now I have to compete with hundreds of thousands of third worlders in a lottery.
