I noticed that africans from africa do not get offended by the word nigger at all. In fact, they would only be offended by this word because they think you are referring to african americans, which they do not want to be associated with. It's like calling a mongolian man chinese, which is insulting to a mongolian.

They literally try to steal our identity. In foreign countries they pretend to be from America for better treatment.
