You should watch NDE videos on youtube. It's remarkable how many people say that when they died and went to the other side, they discovered that learning to love themselves what their actual quest in life and why they were here. Turns out it might be the hardest thing of all, and all the hate you see on here and in society generally is just outward projected self-loathing. I struggle with it too, probably because my mom told me she hated me and I was useless 100x a day when I was little. But that's the quest. You have to care about yourself in order to change and get better. This is actually the hardest part: feeling like you deserve to be better than what you are.
