Putin is desperate to please Xi to keep the military gear and export revenue flowing. Pretty soon Moscow is going to have to give up a massive portion of Eastern Russia because China desperately needs raw materials and land. Putin is already allowing millions of Chinese to come into Russia set up businesses there. Sooner or later China's just going to take whatever land it wants using Putin's own excuse that there are Chinese speaking people there and Putin won't be able to say shit about it
