I like a conspiracy theory, but this one seems a stretch. The timeline is way too long, they wouldn't be worried since 2000 about a single individual knowing all their secrets, wait until 2010 to do a fake movie, wait again until 2015 when a documentary aired, and then wait AGAIN until 2022 for him to finally die in prison. You're skipping a step there and thinking they needed to frame him at all. Elites don't have to wait for donors to frame anyone, they don't even need to frame people in the first place. Private planes/helicopters regularly crash, cars get into accidents, food gets tainted and brushed off by paid autopsy reports, etc., there's little to no reason to take a much longer, much more risky and unlikely path to achieve the same ends.
