No they don't. Jesus Christ IS God. God is one, but God is also a trinity. The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ is God who died, was buried and resurrected to save you from eternal hell. Do you want His blood to wash away your sins permanently, making you righteous to God? Nothing else can save you no matter what, and it's your choice to accept or refuse this gift. God is ready to forgive you, so why not confess to God right now that you believe what Jesus Christ did for you and that you want to be saved? Every human is sinful according to the bible, so you need salvation.
