But the execution is bad: you need to meet a certain criteria to even join the WG which excludes most of the nations around the world, of you are part of it you need to pay tribute constantly to the celestial dragons else you get your membership revoked, they can increase this by whatever metric they desire and since it's your priority you can actually have a very poor and miserable country because all the riches are used to pay for it, and the marines, while having some good members that doesn't care about that, are mostly there to help members and enforce rules, so if your country is on the shit list they turn a blind eye on you. Also it's all a hoax as they DO have a top ruler in the shadows and it's just an excuse to exhert control over others
