I agree that him and his family staying home that day is fucking strange
but another aspect of it is the insurance, people say he took out terrorist insurance because he knew of the plot. But that's false, it was required in the purchase of the towers due to the previous terrorist attack.

If he had won his case, he would of got 7 billion dollars, nearly 12 billion dollars ( when adjusted to today's inflation)
