Because of jewish economy and free trade policies that made it cheaper to export and transport back primary industry which wouldnt make any fucking sense in a normal and healthy economical setting.

Its why its somehow cheaper to export Argentinian pears to thailand for processing for exportion to NA markets, than to make it all locally. Basically everyone is getting fucked at the primary level of their economy (currency valuation dictated by jewish firms) internationally, so they think they gain money from exporting to foreign markets, when in reality the profit majority is mostly taken bybthe jewish middlemen who made this situation a thing to start with.

I've never succeeded in growing tomatoes. And I buy all the gimmicky grow supplies too. Everything I try fails.

A stark contrast from zucchini. It grows and thrives no matter what.

>Ruin your export dependent agricultural producers for political clout

Lol, lmao. Have fun dumping hundred of thousand of tons of tomatoes down the field because there is literally to market for it locally and no buyers further away willing to pay more for a produce readily available locally or from preexisting trade routes.

The heatwave this summer killed my tomato plants. :( They were doing fine, then a deer got past the chicken wire, the damage wasn't severe, but right after the heat hit and that was it. Too late in the season to try again? Last year I got a good crop in.

Mexico is the 7th largest producer of tomato. They are only the largest exporter of tomato, and even then only by trade value instead of by weight. To put it into perspective, the US has reduced production in the past 40 years from 16megatonnes of tomato to 10 megatonnes, and mexico's entire 4.3megatonne production of tomatoes accounts for a fraction of the tomatoes we now import.
