Generational labels have more validity because various generations have generationally shared experiences and memetics that they all collectively accept in general. Astrology on the other hand doesn't really have anything specifically shared between individuals of a similar sign, and its entire practice is designed to be as generally identitive as possible, you could take the sign name off any sign description and give it to someone and ask them if it was their sign and they'd be like "yeah that sounds like me"....but you can't hand a boomer a Goatse meme without them losing their mind. You can't ask a Millenial to understand Skibidi Toilet but Gen X and Gen Z get it just fine because they share the general memetic through generational assocation parent to child...and so on and so forth.
