honestly just reply to emails, write "reports" and look good for clients/representatives of another company/employees. there are some women who actually do work but very few in comparison

I m not misogynistic here but what value do thgey produce? Just like your banks, i mean i get it is sucking out resources from the land to the river and the continent. but they dont work for banks.

Primary benefit: women spread gossip and rumors which turns employees against one another and prevents unionization so the owner/management can continue to not pay workers what they're worth.

Secondary benefit: male workers will perform more or better work in the effort to catch the attention and favor of women.
