The elite did it on purpose. I am very afraid of what they have planned next because I don't think they intend to let the human race learn anything from this. These mega events seem to happen on about a 20 year cycle or so. For instance 9-11 2001 to 2020. I am terrified of what 2040 will be.

This isn't how genes work sadly, it's not possible for an asymptomatic carrier (assuming this means homozygous inheritance pattern) and a non-affected spouse to produce someone with two copies of the recessive trait.
Nor do all children of a one-copy homozygous parent receive a copy of the gene, though if on a sex chromosome it's possible (if the parent is a male) but then it would throw the rest of the inheritance pattern out and the gene would never function that way.
Textbooks would have to show a very different picture than this
