Well the taboo was created in Victorian England by protective parents and jealous women, but when child pornography laws were invented around the 1970s the state realized how useful it was to be able to unperson someone so easily. And with progressivism growing stronger and other taboos eroding, all of the hate that used to be spread around is being channeled towards the few remaining acceptable targets.
