This happened slowly and by design, in fact it happened so widespread and thoroughly that it undermines the competency of boomers point.
As much as I hate to say this, this requires state funding and support, it needs the backing of the courts and academia and there aren't enough red pilled people to do that even if you had godlike power of appointments. It will take way more than 4 years. We are locked in it.
