Ever since I was a child, all I wanted to do was live in the nice neighborhoods. Growing up around ghetto blacks and ghetto people has been extremely detrimental to my family and I. My older brother turned into an Igger(Indian Nigga). He was supposed to be the help that our mom needed. We both were, but now it's only me that brings in a significant income. If we hadn't grown up here, we could have been different people. How do you solve the ghetto culture problem once and for all?

That's kind of the point. They put niggers and other mystery meats in poor areas as an incentive to force economic participation so people are motivated to get away from them. Interestingly, if people killed the niggers they moved in there, there would be no niggers and thus no problem with your area.

The real answer is to change the culture and the only way you can do that is to fully assimilate those who are part of it. Breaking up of ghettos into smaller areas to avoid 'ghettoization', and a big push from the community itself. Unfortunately this will never happen
