Stop doing applying for shit online. Literally every online job application gets spammed by thousands of pajeets and retards who are lying about all of their qualifications. HR uses software to try to filter out all of that garbage and find legitimately qualified applicants, but most of those get filtered out too. The manager or whoever is probably overworked and flipping out about needing new workers, but the HR roasties will just say there haven't gotten any qualified applicants.
You have to go find the manager and talk to them in person to bypass the normal application system. For whatever job you want, figure out who would probably be your manager. Contact them and tell them that you want to get into the field and ask them if they have any advice or know of any opportunities.
Most of them will just blow you off or tell you to apply via the official HR roastie website, but eventually you will cross paths with someone who is desperate for more workers and thinks you don't seem too retarded to do it and they will offer to bring you on. From there, just work out the details and do whatever the manager tells you to do. At some point you will probably need to fill out an official application so the HR roasties can put you into the system, but you pretty much already have the job at that point.
This is not some outdated boomer advice, it's literally how people actually get jobs today. They are desperate for qualified, non retarded, reliable workers in pretty much every field imaginable, but connecting with them because using the official methods just leads to getting stuck in HR roastie online application portal hell.

Tragic, it's something I don't recommend to young guys here anymore, but I used to quite often. Being a veteran can give preferential hiring treatment and small business advantages. Working with veterans is a different story, it seems like it was boomer and gen X retard daycare much of the time. Tomorrow I'm going to every electrical company around town and going to try to continue my electrician apprenticeship. I was a 4 year who can test out and 4th years can make $27-$30. Add in overtime, even if it's 5 hours a week, and it makes decent bank.
