Serious question, how did most European "far right" parties become single issue pro-Israel parties?

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess 'jews'.

prolly had to position themselves as pro-israel in order to distance their parties from the bad nazis so they wouldn't be called anti-semites. then a few generations doesn the road they actually started believing it.

Easy, they're either suckers that are cheap dogs to buy for rabbis or have always been agents carefully prepared to disrupt the country's politics.
Israel doesn't want any powerblocs that can challenge their sovereignty in their immediate region, a Europe that's united as a bloc is dangerous for them since they wouldn't be able to get away with questionable stuff as easily.

Ironically we'd get more sovereignty if we did actually federalize more as a bloc, it's not really ideal though, Brussels has shitty people leading it and there are plenty of elements that want draconian surveillance laws pushed which they Trojan horse into "protecting children".
It's a pick between two loser options, Gay Globalism or Cuckold Kosher Conservatism. True nationalism is just expensive and requires visionaries that can withstand pressure and seduction from globalists/zionists as well as have enough cash and institutional capture.
There's just no one relevant in my country that's capable of true nationalism and I don't think it will happen in my lifetime unfortunately.

And btw, this BFMTV channel (the equivalent of Fox News in market share of news in France) is integrated with the Israeli channel i24News (Israel24news) and shares the same journalists.
