Every now and then people with extreme behavior abnormalities come into positions of power, I'm guessing The Khan had a hypersexuality disorder and him being born into a position of power with no polygamy taboo along with being a charismatic leader allowed him to fully embrace his degeneracy.

Think of how many fucking women he knocked up. He had to impregnate (not simply fuck) somewhere around 10-15 women a month conservatively. If he wasn't out pillaging he pretty much had to be actively fucking non-stop. He's like the gooners here who fantasies about fucking a woman from every country but actually has the means to attempt it.
