I've had a basic bitch work flip phone for five years. The same physical phone. It's indestructible. I've probably dropped it hard enough to make the battery pop out about 100 times. Still works fine. It has internet, MP3 player, camera, a few other features. All I need really. Only costs 20 bucks a month for service. It also has a dynamic IP range when browsing, so it's more or less anonymous online. Pretty good.

I have it for iMessage so I can be part of group chats and because I talk to girls. That's literally it. Yes, the phone itself is shit and overpriced. I'm praying for the day they take down the walled garden and I can go back to android.

They're for people who don't really use their phone for much and don't want to every have to worry about it not working for whatever reason. I only use my iPhone for the following things:

>Texts
>GPS
>Stupid games when I'm on the toilet

I don't have any "apps." I don't have my fucking grill or my toilet or whatever connected to it. My plumber wanted to install a water heater that you needed an app to control and I said absolutely not.

My phone is like 10 years old. I've had the battery replaced twice. I don't buy a new phone every year like a retard and I don't give a shit about new "features."

Then there are the Apple fags who buy these things like a status symbol. I hate Apple fags. I used to have an Android like 12 years ago and I had constant problems. I went from a flip phone to an Android to an iPhone. I bought an Android phone a few years back to see if I could get away with something cheaper and the thing was an absolute piece of shit filled with ads and it was slow as fuck.

Their ui is better, tired of seeing cartoonish fortnite looking colors springing out everywhere from icones.
