When I was a kid my teeth were rotten as fuck. As I grew up I realized I seldom drank water and my mom usually gave me either soda or those types of "juices" which are basically sugar water. As an adult, I took better care of myself but the damage was done because my teeth are all fucked up and have fillings in every molar. Also unsurprisingly my mom has diabetes.

It's amazing how much bullshit is in our food, especially sugar. Anyone remember the food pyramid? When I was a kid stuff like bread and cereals were at the bottom, at several servings per day. Everyone knows about the dangers of tobacco and alcohol but there has never been a campaign to promote not eating so much sugar. I was also redpilled on how sugar can make you fat when I met a fat woman that claimed she was a vegan. I was like how the fuck are you so fat? Then I saw her drinking a liter of coca cola daily and dousing her salads with a ton of dressing and it all made sense.
