Looking for a way to heal damage and white blurry spots I did to my retina messing around with a high powered laser pointer (I know)

Before this happened I was using the eye patch method in picrel to restore my vision. I stopped a little after 3 weeks but in that time i saw great improvement and no longer needed my glasses to watch tv. Now I have pinhole classes but can’t really use them or the eyepatch method anymore due to the white blur being directly and almost directly where I am looking at with my left and right eye respectfully.

Political because ophthalmologists lie and say you can’t restore your vision to keep their billion dollar industry thriving. I wish they would all hang and if i discovered the glasses before i fucked up with the laser i would be golden now but oh well.. How can I encourage my rentinas to get rid of these spots? I ordered some colloidal gold and don’t know if it will work but i’m going to try dropping some into my eyes daily for a while.

I’ve also been taking vitamin A drops as i long suspected a vitamin deficiency playing a role.

I do believe that glasses prevent the eyes from fixing themselves but obviously genetic problems are genetic problems and they cannot be compensated for that easily.

I have used the pinhole and eye patch for weeks and it didn't do anything (that I noticed).
I've also taken vitamins in high dosages for years, omega 3, vitamin A (active version), vitamin D, vitamin E, selenium, zinc and many others.

Imo the eyepatch method is more intense and rapid but the glasses can be worn all the time especially if they’re a casual pair so you don’t look too out of place.
