The symptoms you feel are not from the infection, it's your body making you feel that way, and it does that to discurage your monkey brain from doing anything but resting. Not much more can be done to hasten the recovery.
If you're a fucking degenerate you can disable pretty much all your symptoms by taking over the counter anti inflammatory drugs. 1000mg paracetamol 4 times a day + 400mg ibuprofen 3 times a day should nuke your bitch tier symptoms. While the symptoms will be gone, it will be harder for your body to recover. You might still need some heavy stimulants, think meth, speed or adderal to be able to produce proper results from a workout, but with a net negative effect on overall health.
As for supplements, in the future just make sure youre not vitD deficient, but that doesnt matter right now.
