Biden was funnier. As far as post-modern satire of American gerontocracy goes Biden was a far more subtle joke. He never once even acted like he was in control, was comically senile, would blurt out random things about ice cream. He would talk about bizarre shit like a gang of black greasers run by a guy named Cornpop that terrorizes public pools in the 1950s. Trump is just tacky WWE bullshit, I get it 'hurr hurr idiocracy was a documentary' but it's just outright demoralizing where Biden felt more like satire. It genuinely felt like government was being honest about democracy being reduced to a cultural institution while all of the actual politics are handled by the DoD and the private sectors. The liberal media was acting like Biden wasn't senile and it was amazing seeing the lugenpresse try to defend them when they clearly didn't believe it, not even boomers bought it.
