The prison guards were unaware his mother had been dead for years. they allowed the phone call and he had un unmonitored, unrecorded 8 minute phone call, which breaks strict regulation towards high-security inmates. After his death the call was traced to his 30 year old girlfriend at the time, Karyna Shuliak. They had been dating for ten years, since when she was 20 and he was 56. Through the years he bought her expensive and luxurious gifts and paid her way through dental school. The media never talks about her and she's been in hiding since his death. Nobody knows what he told her before he died.

Epstein is connected to Israel, this is why Trump is covering it up. He doesn't want to risk the political fallout for Israel when people realize all of Epstein's clients were blackmailed and used as Israeli assets (including Trump himself).
