This guy was clearly a foreign agent in the USA. He was part of a small group of well connected elite "fixer" families (Barr, Kashoggi, etc), who basically work for the actually elite world leaders to hide shit they don't want the public to know about, related to their covert world government schemes.

These fixers are worth BILLIONS! They are extracting so much fucking money to hide the illegal actions of the world elites it's insane!
