I can't imagine being a developed country and letting foreign entities control my country's essential resources and infrastructure. Argentinian water should belong to the Argentine people and the people who manage it should also be accountable to the Argentine people. Mass privatization and selling those assets to entities who don't have to answer to the people who will now depend on them is a disaster in the making.

What can we expect from this policy, and how soon will the results be apparent?
If you're wrong, will you come back here and admit it?

My town has government owned water and power and it's highly reliable, clean, and very cheap. The jobs pay really well too.
