Given what happened to Epstein while in prison, I don't think Deputy AG Todd Blanche will have much difficulty convincing her to say whatever Trump wants her to say.

Epstein is connected to Israel, this is why Trump is covering it up. He doesn't want to risk the political fallout for Israel when people realize all of Epstein's clients were blackmailed and used as Israeli assets (including Trump himself).

His financial backer, Leslie Wexner, was a member of the “Mega Group,” a collection of Jewish philanthropists, which some, like former NSA counterspy John Schindler, have speculated was linked to Israeli intelligence operations, though no hard evidence supports this. Epstein reportedly invested in an Israeli startup, Reporty Homeland Security (later rebranded as Carbyne), connected to Israel’s defense industry, further fueling speculation."

I think that's the point. They're not looking for any kind of legal victory, they're looking for sound bites.
If they can get Maxwell on video saying Trump had no connection to Epstein, they'll use that to bury this whole thing.
People will see a five second clip and not think anything more about it. It will be posted on every right wing Twitter account and run 24/7 on Fox and OANN. Trump will post it 200 times in a row.
And no one who is already looking for a way to absolve Trump in all of this will give it a second thought. They won't ask what the Deputy AG said to her, they won't ask for any additional information. They'll take it at face value and use it to bury all discussion of the matter.
