If they come to draft you it's already too late. There's nothing you can do at this point.

The only way to avoid getting drafted is:
1. Being Jewish and getting a medical exemption
2. Being a foreigner. Either by moving abroad, or acquiring a foreign nationality and giving up your current one, so that you're a foreigner in your own country and cannot be legally drafted.
3. Leaving the country before the war

People knew Russia would invade for at least 2 weeks before the actual invasion in Feb 2022. Ukrainian men had plenty of time to move out if they wanted to. Jewish men certainly did. But many didn't because they didn't want to give up their life for what they thought would be a quick war.
