I don't believe it. He's just not even close to that profile. The majority of men who commit those types of crimes have some type of mental retardation. And in rare cases just pure psychopaths. They usually murder their victims. Because a child that young will always tell the truth when asked and they are poor liars. And they have to do it personally without anyone finding out. They don't even allow that shit on the virgin islands. And there the authorities would probably literally kill you. Or at a minimum extradite you to your own authorities with all the evidence they have.
