I still think it would be better for everyone if all of Russia west of the Urals are divided and over time integrated into their respective origins, i.e. eradicating the taint left by the mongols. This will however be a long progress, probably 100's of years. But it will create more stability and regional progress. And with a long horizon we all better get started soon or else it will never get done.
