the chinese constitution has the CPC as the party of power and the other minor parties have a more or less fixed % of the share in the government, so it would just be a battle of the CPC or there would need to be martial law by the army until a new constitution could be written for whatever future form of parliament and government would occur.
the CPC failing to exist or failing to operate properly would necessitate a new constitution as no one has any authority if the CPC doesn't exist, so it would just be behind doors purges against minor factions and lots of arrests for corruption against slow movers. no one knows who would end up with the power.
