Mountains, Sinaia, Hunedoara, Sibiu, Brasov, Sighisoara, etc. Don't go to the Dracula Castle, in Sighisoara you can visit the house where Vlad was born. Bran Castle is a tourist trap and not worth it. You can see it from outside just fine. Peles Palace in Sinaia is nice any time of year in and outside. You can visit Corvin's Castle in Hunedoara, that's very cool.
You can also go around to ancient places like Sarmisegetuza.
You can see the Sphinx and the Babele if you're into hiking.
