I hate to be the one to have to inform you of basic health facts but beef tallow is definitely not healthier than seed oils. The seed oil meme was literally created by the Sisson family to sell avocado crap. The fact that they have gotten every single glownigger on Earth on board with this propaganda online means they must be multi-billionaires by now. Cattle ranchers also benefit from it, obviously, and for anyone that doesn't know cattle ranchers are an insanely powerful lobbying group in America and always has been. I order chicken to avoid beef. I don't want to eat cow fat, idiots, not do most consumers hence therefore why 99.99% of businesses do not fucking use beef tallow. I should not have to deal with this. Let us suffice to explain that cows are smart animals and ethics demand one eat chicken as the alternative, and even ethically ignorant need know cattle = disease risk, and even then the cost effiency of bird is much better than bovine and is thus thwarted by expensive unhealthy tallow as opposed to humane oils.

The restaurant owners should be forced to provide alternative options or suffer the consequences of discrimination against customers. This violates the first amendment! This also violates the civil rights act when no alternative is offered. SHAME on the businesses doing the tallow with chicken.

This will result in loss of business. I do not approve of it at all. Regardless of legal consequences, customers will decide their fate by not supporting them.
