Since I regularly browse the internet and 4chan while living in a third world country, I know first worlders and westerners dislike browns and migrants. So I've been wondering is there any kind of way to improve our countries? The west and Japan made it to the top so we need to learn from them! This way no one would migrate elsewhere and be a nuisance. Any pro-tips?

Fact is, most people will never be able to migrate to the West, just a small fraction, because there are just too many third worlders. And of course migration damages the receiving countries.
Economic development in poor countries, at least up to middle income levels, is necessary to fix a lot of what's wrong today.

I was born and raised in the USA and believe that racism is Haram. I also believe that Islam is directly tied to development and prosperity.

Islam forces us to live like monks. To be sober and disciplined, to value education and keep a daily schedule of prayer. Islam destroys the barriers to progress like addiction and usury.

Development begins with uplifting the subsistence farmer. Irrigation development, mechanization of agriculture, and educational development.

When subsistence farmers have the surplus crop and surplus time to send their children to school to learn to read and write then conditions will improve.

Education is at the center of it all, and this depends on agricultural development. Education is the future of any nation. A child deserves an education. To have child workers, child soldiers, and child brides denies their future and the future of the nation. Economic development usually does need some foreign backing, and that's the sticking point. Our Western international financial institutions like the World Bank and International Monetary Fund like to keep poor countries in ruinous debt, to the point their national governments are paying over 50% of their revenue in debt servicing. It's a poverty trap and is designed to be one to keep those countries weak and dependent.
I don't know how to fix this.

There's nothing you can do, brown people are just set out to use western inventions etc. try to find what works in your country and culture and improve upon it. I'm sure morrroco has some beautiful villages and areas, use that as a blueprint for the country, don't try to imitate. For the bad people you will need to have a good govt that stamps out the bad people like what seems El Salvador. Make it illegal to do corruption, litter, etc.
