In communism there is no government or gourp at the top, so I can already tell your retarded and actually don't know what communism is and probably think the command economies of the soviet Union and the mixed socialist-capitalist society of China today are both communism. Authoritarian control can be applied under any ideology ,capitalism, socialism, even libertarianism.
