The only options I see are:
1. These skeletons have other medical conditions causing them to look skeletal regardless of the available food situation.
2. The Gazans starve their children on purpose for media engagement through emotional manipulation.
I can't figure out which option is more likely, but I can't find any reason for such condition to be reached while everyone around looks fine, and while food enters the Gaza Strip in massive quantities.
