for too long Christians have been looking at "revived Roman Empire" and deluded into believing that all the old testament was already fulfilled, when the Antichrist has always been "The Assyrian", and there is a lot of old testament about the latter days, last days, end times, day of the Lord, etc.

Daniel 8 and 11 were not about Alexander the Great.
They are end times passages/visions
