Yeah, I used to do a lot of running, up ro 15-17km a day, but that was 7 years ago. Slowly trying to het back on track, wonder if I can still do it in late 30s. Although wtf not.

See im the complete opposite. Lifting is easy for me, but cardio? Fuck shit wrecks me. I can maybe do 2mi before i ready to die.

Yeah, but that's exactly how I was at 20yo when i decided I start running for real. Couldn't do more than 5 min on a treadmill. But then I slowly started increasing time/distance. In 6 month I was able to do 30 min at 11km/h. Then in the next few years set a record and got to 1,5 hours. All about dedication and preserverance. Running, unlike other sports, is probably 0% talent and 100% effort. You gotta do it every day, no breaks.
