What prevents left-leaning fast food workers from poisoning donald trump's food? He gets mcdonalds every single day, and there probably are a limited number of chains close to the white house. They should be able to recognize the secret service agent who walks in everyday to pick up trump's order, and poison his lunch.

That's the flaw in your stupid plan. They go to random locations and use different people for pickup. If the fast food worker, who probably only worked there a few weeks because of high turn over, guessed wrong, they'd end up poisoning an innocent person. Also most people, even if they hate someone, aren't murderers.
