I can't really talk about the specifics of what happened it's part of my settlement agreement but when you buy these almonds and I recommend you do because they make for a good snack you'll and notice the thin metal sealing the nitrogen in has a dimpled pattern pressed into it now; that's to prevent more injuries like mine

you would think so but the foil itself was responsible, plus the way it's designed to be opened left the wound at a place where the skin flexed and kept reopening leading to the infection

i cant find anything on google about this lawsuit.
