NO benefits should be given out until people get health exams and show progress. Be like Japan and issue out health report cards that individuals must show as an additional document like they would show paystubs. Too fat? Reduction in potential benefits.
And get rid of anything above 3XL. It still gives guys who are naturally muscular some clothes without catering to fatties. If they want clothes they're gonna have to make them on their own.
