Putin has already taken every available able-bodied man East of Moscow and sent them to the Ukrainian front. The only troops left in Eastern Russia are token skeleton crews. There is absolutely no way Russia can even defend their Eastern borders at the moment, much less launch an attack on America. The fact that Russia has nukes is the only thing that has prevented China (or the United States) from invading and taking all those resources already.
