You stupid fucks. Rich countries have 'humane' prison systems because until recently crime was almost non-existent. Of course Norway has 3-starts hotels for jails because literally nobody committed violent crime before they started importing africans.

Now that actual criminals are there, this shit no longer works and is an insult to the lawful citizens, who have to pay for these hotels so that child rapists and drug dealers can live like nobles.

It's pretty much exclusive to northern Europe as far as I know. And it works well on white people and lowers the reoffending rates due to educational opertunities while they are incarserated.

This is changing rapidly. The same privatization of prisons is happening in Scandinavia right now, and they're building new facilities, and using extenral ones in Kosovo for pajeets, which is known to be a corrupt place, and they're lengthening all prison sentences in Denmark, and Sweden just announced they're also going to have a "paradigm shift" in prisons.
This means, we're going to make it like in the US where you're given consequtive punishments and 300 years for rape of a 17.9 year old if she cries about it.

That is a low security prison for misdemeanor offences in Norway. They are thrown into cages here. At best they might get a gilded cage. But they are not getting a couch-bed nor a window. They do however get to exercise in a gym and a yard at scheduled times.
